Exhibit Space is on a first-come basis. Payment must be submitted before exhibitors receive booth assignments.  Booth assignments are released on March 1, 2017.

• One (1) identification sign 
• Pop-up displays may not be larger than 8 feet.

15’ x 20’ Arena Exhibit Space $250 
Dirt floor arena (limit 2 per company)

• One (1) table
• Two (2) chairs
• One (1) 125 VAC outlet
• One (1) identification sign

16’ x 10’ Exhibit Space $650
Concrete floor (limit 1 per company)

• Two (2) 8’ covered table
• Two (2) chairs
• 8’ high backdrop
• One (1) 125 VAC outlet
• One (1) identification sign
• Pop-up displays may not be larger than 8 feet high.

Outdoor Exhibit Space $250 per space
Reserved spaces are allocated outside of the exhibit hall for outdoor displays, trailers, etc.

Technical Seminar $100
(limit 1 per company)

Seminars are conducted at 9am, 10am, and 11am on 
Wednesday, April 6th.
• 50 minute Technical Seminar on your products and services
• Complimentary instructor registration
• Brief seminar description in Expo program
• Name is listed on signage

Additional 8ft Table $25 per table
Exhibitors can rent an extra 8 foot table for their exhibit space through Texas Expo.

Media Kit $100

• TCEI logo usage
• Pre-event attendee list (released 2 weeks prior to Expo)
• Post-event attendee list
Companies found using the logo without consent will be charged $200 non-refundable fee.
